Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Saute onion and pepper in a skillet on medium heat until softened.
Use a food processor to rice the cauliflower until you have 3 cups of riced cauliflower.
Press the cauliflower with a towel to release excess water.
Cook lentils according to package and let it cool.
In a food processor, combine all ingredients until mixed well.
Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper and put mixture into the pan and smooth.
Spread ketchup on top and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Slice and serve!
