1/2 cup greens (kale, spinach, collard greens) finely chopped
1/2 cup diced carrots
Instructions
In a skillet, add oil and heat on medium heat.
Saute onions and mushrooms until they are tender and drain any liquid.
Add the vegetables and rice to the pan, and then sprinkle on the red pepper flakes, black pepper, and the coconut aminos to taste. Stir-fry the ingredients until the vegetables are cooked or tender.
