  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°.
  • Clean mushrooms well. Do not soak them. Pat dry with paper towel.
  • In large bowl toss together mushrooms, oil, garlic, chives, and salt and pepper till well coated.
  • Spread out everything on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes and enjoy.
