Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°.
Clean mushrooms well. Do not soak them. Pat dry with paper towel.
In large bowl toss together mushrooms, oil, garlic, chives, and salt and pepper till well coated.
Spread out everything on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake 10-12 minutes and enjoy.
