Preheat oven to 350 F
Coat 9x13 baking dish with olive oil
Mix all ingredients, except apples, to make your crumble topping
Add the diced apples to the baking dish, and spread your mixed ingredients over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until you see your crumble topping is light brown in color.
