- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 avocado, sliced
- olive, coconut, hemp, or avocado oil
- salt and cracked pepper
Cut the sweet potato into 1/2-inch slices, lengthwise
In a toaster oven, cook until golden brown
If you use a normal toaster, try and find the right heat
Cook until crispy, or whatever consistency you desire
Drizzle your sweet potato toast with oil
Add avocado slices and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste
