Reverse Your Fatty Liver No-Dairy Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream

- 2 overripe, frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract, or more as desired
- pinch spirulina or natural food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream or macadamia (optional)
- 2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate or cacao nibs
- pinch of stevia to taste
Add the frozen bananas, peppermint extract, salt and any optional ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth
Stir in chocolate chips
Enjoy immediately or freeze for later!
