- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 clove garlic
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a smal bowl and whisk until smooth.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve over salad greens, roasted veggies or as a dipping sauce for fresh veggies.
