Cook quinoa and orzo according to package.
In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Drain the orzo and put it into a large bowl.
Add the mushrooms, quinoa, pecans, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix until everything is combined, top with parsley, and serve.
