Reverse Your Fatty Liver Greek Salad Wraps

- 2 whole-wheat or sprouted tortillas
- 6 Tbsp hummus
- 3 cup baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried
- 1 cup diced English cucumber
- 2/3 cup cherry or grape tomatoes rinsed and sliced in half
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced or halved
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 2 tsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Spread the hummus equally onto the tortillas.
Layer all remaining ingredients, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll up, slice diagonally and enjoy!
