Reverse Your Fatty Liver Chickpea Avocado Salad

- 4 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 4 limes
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 1 avocado,
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Combine all ingredients, except avodcdo, in a medium bowl and mix.
Add avocado before serving.
