Reverse Your Fatty Liver 5-Minute Guacamole

Cut open the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Use a fork to mash the avocado, leaving it a little chunky at this point.
Add cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper and 1 tbsp lime juice.
If you like chunky guacamole use a spatula to mix. If you like smoother guacamole, use a form to mix.
Add cilantro & tomatoes and stir until combined.
Taste & add extra salt or lime juice as needed.
Serve at room temperature.
