Reverse Your Fatty Liver Zoodles with Avocado Mango Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 med fresh mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • leaves of 5 mint sprigs
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 6 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Bragg's Aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-Op Red Chili Pepper Crushed
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 zucchini, spiralized
  • thinly sliced radishes

Instructions
 

  • Add fresh and frozen mango, avocado, mint leaves, coconut milk, aminos, and red pepper flakes to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add zucchini to a mixing bowl, top with sauce and mix to coat.
  • Top with sliced radishes and serve.
