Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup cold natural almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 whole banana
- 2 tbsp protein powder(whey, hemp, peas)
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender
- Mix for at least 1 minute until smooth
- Enjoy immediately!
