Reverse Your Fatty Liver Veggie Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 medium onion, rough chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Cumin Seed Ground
  • 2 tbsp Frontier Oregano Leaf Flakes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 2 green or red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans chopped chilis
  • 3 cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained & chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can garbonzo beans, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained

Instructions
 

  • Add oil, onion, and spices to pan and cook until unions are translucent.
  • Then add all other ingredients to a large pot and simmer for 60-90 minutes until everything cooks together.
  • You can also make this in a slow cooker or crock pot.
  • Serve in a bowl, or over quinoa.
