Reverse Your Fatty Liver Super Easy Cauliflower “Fried Rice”
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup greens (kale, spinach, collard greens) finely chopped
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
Instructions
- In a skillet, add oil and heat on medium heat.
- Saute onions and mushrooms until they are tender and drain any liquid.
- Add the vegetables and rice to the pan, and then sprinkle on the red pepper flakes, black pepper, and the coconut aminos to taste. Stir-fry the ingredients until the vegetables are cooked or tender.
