Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 inches tumeric
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup green or yellow string beans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red or golden beets, diced
  • 1/2 cup shitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup kale or chard, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Organic White Quinoa

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into large pan or wok and stir fry.
  • Cook quinoa as directed on package.
  • Serve stir-fry over quinoa.
