Reverse Your Fatty Liver Slow Cooker Hearty Vegetable and Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, mined
- 1 med sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 bay lead
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cans cannellini beans, drained
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, mix, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
