Reserve Your Fatty Liver Simple Stirfry
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 finger (2") turmeric, chopped
- 1 finger (2") ginger, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup green or yellow string beans, chopped
- 1/2 cup red or golden beets, chopped
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup kale or chard, chopped
Instructions
- Stirfry in a large pan or wok
- Serve over brown rice or quinoa
