Reverse Your Fatty Liver Raw Tacos
Ingredients
For the taco base/shell
- 8 romaine or butter lettuce leaves
For the topping
- 1/2 cup walnuts (soak for 20 minutes prior to blending)
- 1 cup DRY almonds
- 6 sun dried tomatoes (oil free)
- 1 tbsp chickpea miso
- 1 tsp Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground
- 1/4 tsp Frontier Co-Op Garlic Granules
- 1/4 tsp Frontier Co-Op Onion Granules
- salt to taste
- cayenne to taste

Extra toppings for flavor
- jalapeno peppers
- sauerkraut
- red cabbage slices
- olives
- jackfruit
Instructions
- Rinse & drain the romaine lettuce leaves and set aside.
- Prepare the toppings as follows:
Easy Walnut Meat
- Place almonds, miso and the reset of the spices in the blender and add walnuts and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Process until crumbly. Make sure not to over process because then it will be more paste-like.
- Once it reaches a crumbly consistency, stop.
- If you want raw walnut meat then serve immediately.
- If you are ok with cooking it, roast the meat in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
Assembling Taco
- Lay out the lettuce leaves on a dish and begin adding toppings.
- Serve & enjoy!
