In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried dates and almond milk.
Allow the dates to soak for 1 hour at room temperature.
Cook the quinoa in a medium cooking pot according to directions.
Store cooked quinoa in the refrigerator while preparing the rest of the recipe.
Using a blender, puree the soaked quinoa and mix together with large mixing spoon.
In a separate large mixing bowl melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat for 40 seconds at a time to prevent burning.
Add the quinoa dates mixture and melted chocolate and hemp hearts and stir vigorously with a large spoon until thoroughly combined.
Store the mixture in the refrigerator to allow it to thicken. 3 hours max
Separate into 10 portions and manually roll them into balls or bites.
Store on a tray lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
