Add 1/2 tbsp of butter to warm skillet on medium-high heat and scramble the 2 eggs.
When finished scrambling, set eggs aside on a separate plate.
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan and allow it to melt.
When melted, add carrots, onions, peas, garlic, green beans, and broccoli to pan with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Saute for 5 minutes or until onions and carrots are soft.
Increase heat to high and add the remaining butter and stir until melted.
When melted, add cooked quinoa, green onions, and soysauce and stir until combined.
Stir for an extra 3-5 minutes to fry the rice.
Add in the eggs and combine.
Then, add sesame oil, remove from heat, and combine
Serve hot!
