Reverse Your Fatty Liver Pecan Pumpkin Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed roast pumpkin
- 3 cups mashed roast sweet potato
- 1/2 cup organic applesauce or mashed banana
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat over at 350°F
- Mix all casserole ingredients well and add to an oiled casserole dish
- Mix and stir toppings and sprinkle over the casserole mix
- Bake for 30 to 35 mins inna preheated 350°F oven or until top of the casserole is golden brown
- Serve hot and enjoy!
