Reverse Your Fatty Liver Pecan Cinnamon Ginger Breakfast Cereal
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 4 dried dates, finely diced
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp dried cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a glass jar
- Serve as an alternative to processed cereal dried, or nut-based milk
