Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
  • 1 cup oatmeal dry
  • 2 cups nut milk
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Skin and cook sweet potatoes anyway you want.
  • Peel sweet potatoes and place into high speed blender.
  • Add milk and blend until combined.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Fill muffin pan with batter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before eating.
