Ingredients
  

  • 2 overripe, frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract, or more as desired
  • pinch spirulina or natural food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream or macadamia (optional)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate or cacao nibs
  • pinch of stevia to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen bananas, peppermint extract, salt and any optional ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Enjoy immediately or freeze for later!
