Reverse Your Fatty Liver No-Dairy Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 overripe, frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract, or more as desired
- pinch spirulina or natural food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream or macadamia (optional)
- 2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate or cacao nibs
- pinch of stevia to taste
Instructions
- Add the frozen bananas, peppermint extract, salt and any optional ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Enjoy immediately or freeze for later!
