Reverse Your Fatty Liver Morning Protein Bomb Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 kiwi peeled & sliced
- 1 pear
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp One Degree Organic Foods, Oats Sprouted Rolled
- 3 oz coconut yogurt
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Mix everything int a blender for at least one minute until smooth.
