Reverse Your Fatty Liver Morning Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup soy or nut milk (almond, hemp, coconut)
  • 1 tsp real maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • FLAVOR BOOSTERS
  • 1 cup fruit(berries, apples, grapes, citrus, banana, papaya)
  • 1/2 cup nuts(almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits(apricots, apples, raisons)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions
 

  • Boils water and stir the oats
  • Lower temp to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Serve with the nut milk and if you want a sweetener, add honey or syrup
  • Add flavor boosters if you have it several times a week (optional)
  • Enjoy!
