Reverse Your Fatty Liver Morning Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup soy or nut milk (almond, hemp, coconut)
- 1 tsp real maple syrup or honey (optional)
- FLAVOR BOOSTERS
- 1 cup fruit(berries, apples, grapes, citrus, banana, papaya)
- 1/2 cup nuts(almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits(apricots, apples, raisons)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Instructions
- Boils water and stir the oats
- Lower temp to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Serve with the nut milk and if you want a sweetener, add honey or syrup
- Add flavor boosters if you have it several times a week (optional)
