Reverse Your Fatty Liver Mexican Style Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans or similar beans(drained)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In medium saucepan mix all ingredients together except salt and cilantro.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Top with cilantro and enjoy.
