Reverse Your Fatty Liver Lemon Mushroom Orzo
Ingredients
- 16 oz RiceSelect Orzo Whole Wheat Pasta
- 3 tbsp Bragg
- 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley(minced)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Organic White Quinoa
Instructions
- Cook quinoa and orzo according to package.
- In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Drain the orzo and put it into a large bowl.
- Add the mushrooms, quinoa, pecans, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix until everything is combined, top with parsley, and serve.
