Reverse Your Fatty Liver Lemon Mushroom Orzo

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz RiceSelect Orzo Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Bragg
  • 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley(minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Organic White Quinoa

Instructions
 

  • Cook quinoa and orzo according to package.
  • In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium-high heat.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Drain the orzo and put it into a large bowl.
  • Add the mushrooms, quinoa, pecans, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until everything is combined, top with parsley, and serve.
