Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado (pitted)
- 1/4 fresh cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder (as a topping)
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Remove kale leaves from their center stalk
- Squeeze lemon to make fresh lemon juice
- Peel and mince ginger
- Put everything in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Top with cacao powder
- Enjoy immediately!
