Reverse Your Fatty Liver Indian Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground
  • 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Coriander Seed Ground
  • 3/4 cup green peas
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat oil, then add cumin seeds and ginger and saute for a minute.
  • Then, add the cabbage, paprika, coriander powder and salt and mix.
  • Add 1/4 cup water and cover for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the peas & onions and cook for another minute.
  • Serve and enjoy.
