Reverse Your Fatty Liver Indian Fried Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground
- 1 tbsp Frontier Co-Op Coriander Seed Ground
- 3/4 cup green peas
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a pan, heat oil, then add cumin seeds and ginger and saute for a minute.
- Then, add the cabbage, paprika, coriander powder and salt and mix.
- Add 1/4 cup water and cover for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the peas & onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve and enjoy.
