Reverse Your Fatty Liver Hemp Seed & Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond mill
- 1½ cup monkfruit
- 3/4 cup Anythony's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter
- 2 cups One Degree Organic Foods, Oats Sprouted Rolled
- 1 cup hemp seeds
Instructions
- Heat almond milk, monkfruit, coconut oil, and cacao powder together in a pot on medium heat.
- Let mix heat until it simmers and monkfruit is dissolved.
- Remove pot from heat and stir in vanilla, cashew butter, rolled oats, and hemp seeds until mixed.
- Spoon a cookie sized amount onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- When all cookies have been scooped, put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours until they are set.
- Store uneaten cookies in the refrigerator in a container.
