  • 4 kale leaves, coarsely choped & deveined
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1/3 bunch parsley
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped large
  • 1 green apple cut into wedges
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups water

  • Place all ingredietns into a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
