Reverse Your Fatty Liver Greek Salad Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 whole-wheat or sprouted tortillas
- 6 Tbsp hummus
- 3 cup baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried
- 1 cup diced English cucumber
- 2/3 cup cherry or grape tomatoes rinsed and sliced in half
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced or halved
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 2 tsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread the hummus equally onto the tortillas.
- Layer all remaining ingredients, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roll up, slice diagonally and enjoy!
