Reverse Your Fatty Liver Greek Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole-wheat or sprouted tortillas
  • 6 Tbsp hummus
  • 3 cup baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber
  • 2/3 cup cherry or grape tomatoes rinsed and sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced or halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 2 tsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread the hummus equally onto the tortillas.
  • Layer all remaining ingredients, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roll up, slice diagonally and enjoy!
