Reverse Your Fatty Liver Grain-Free Apple Pecan Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 unpeeled green or Fuji apple, coarsely grated
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 2 flaked almonds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon and clove powders
- 1/2 cup nut or coconut milk of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until they are well blended
- Place in a airtight container and refrigerate overnight
- Top with your favorite garnishes, spices and fruits
- Enjoy!
