Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs red or yellow tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled
  • 1 medium red pepper (seeded)
  • 3-5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix in a blender, food processor or Vita-mix until smooth.
  • Refrigerate if not eating immediately.
  • Lasts 3-5 days.
