Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Anthony's Chickpea Flour
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Process the ingredients in your food processor.
  • Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter into a skillet.
  • Cook for two minutes on medium heat.
  • Flip the tortilla and cook on the other side for about one minute.
  • Serve immediately.
