Reverse Your Fatty Liver Dandelion Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups dandelion greens
  • 2 cups water (more if needed for desired consistency)
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 1/4 lemon, including peel
  • 2 inches ginger, peeled
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana (frozen in chunks)
  • frozen berries as desired

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to high-speed blender and puree until blended to your desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately.
