Reverse Your Fatty Liver Corn, Onion and Brown Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- In a small saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
- Add corn and onion and stir until lightly browned about 5 minutes.
- Add rice and stir.
- Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low.
- Cook 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
