Reverse Your Fatty Liver Corn, Onion and Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add corn and onion and stir until lightly browned about 5 minutes.
  • Add rice and stir.
  • Add broth and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low.
  • Cook 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
