Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cherry Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp natural almond butter
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 4 kale leaves without stems
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Put kale & almond milk into blender.
- Blend for a few minutes until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Blend for at least a minute until smooth.
