Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cherry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen – thawed)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instructions
- Add cherries into blender and puree. (If frozen – let thaw for a bit before trying to blend.)
- Add the almond milk to cherry puree and blend.
- Stir in chia seeds to mixture in blender.
- Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
- You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
- If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
- Top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, mulberries, or goji berries.
