Reverse Your Fatty Liver Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 med Yukon gold potatoes, diced small
- 1 small onion, sliced into strips
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp dry parsley
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and toss well to evenly coat.
- Distribute the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Turn on air fryer to 400 and set for 15 minutes.
- Check potatoes with a fork to confirm they are the right consistency for you. If they are undercooked – add a couple more minutes of cooking time.
- Cool before serving.
