Reverse Your Fatty Liver Blue Majik Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 pkg Blue Majik
  • Blueberries & Blackberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add Almond milk and Blue Majik into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds into blender mixture.
  • Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  • Top with blueberries & blackberries for garnish.

Notes

  • Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
  • You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
  • If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
