Reverse Your Fatty Liver Blue Majik Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 pkg Blue Majik
- Blueberries & Blackberries for garnish
Instructions
- Add Almond milk and Blue Majik into blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds into blender mixture.
- Pour mixture into serving bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
- Top with blueberries & blackberries for garnish.
Notes
- Chia seeds take time to soften and gel, so making at night before bed and eating for breakfast the next day works out really well.
- You can substitute the coconut milk for almond, oat or any other type of nut milk.
- If you need to sweeten, add a date into smoothie mixture or a bit of honey.
