Reverse Your Fatty Liver Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 15 oz Black Beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen, Organic Unsweetened Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-Op Garlic Granules
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-Op Onion Granules
- 1/3 cup One Degree Organic Foods, Oats Sprouted Rolled Organic
- Portabella caps (optional)
- Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Hamburger Buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Line a cookie sheet or cooking pan with parchment paper or coat with a little olive or coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients while mixing until well combined, saving the oats for last.
- Shape into 4 thin patties.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, flip over, bake for an additional 4-6 minutes.
- Top with homemade salsa or Primal Kitchen ketchup.
- Serve on Ezekiel 4:9 Hamburger Buns or Portobello Cap Buns.
