Reverse Your Fatty Liver Basil Walnut Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or food chopper, combine your nuts, garlic, basil & spinach.
  • Work until you have a coarse consistency.
  • Leave this mixture in your chopper or processor, and slowly drizzle olive oil while mixing.
  • Pulse/chop once again while adding lemon and sea salt.
  • Alternate between pulsing and manually stirring until you get the right consistency.
