Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 slices Food for Life Flourless Sprouted Grain Break

Instructions
 

  • Smash avocado and add lemon or lime juice and salt/pepper to taste.
  • Spread avocado mixture on bread.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds as desired.
