Reverse Your Fatty Liver Apple Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful arugula leaves
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 medium Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 medium avocado, diced
  • 2 tsp Sunfood Superfoods Raw Organic Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 medium Fuji apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop, dice and slide your ingredients however you like, then combine them in a large bowl.
  • Toss and drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice, followed by olive oil.
