  • 1 1/2 cup green tea (chilled)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Daily Greens
