Reverse Your Fatty Liver 3-Minute Vegan Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp Anthony's Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 2 tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-Op Onion Granules
- 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-Op Garlic Granules
- Pinch Frontier Smoked Paprika Ground
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan and stir with a whisk.
- Once combined, turn on heat and bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Let simmer on low to medium heat about one minute until sauce is stretchy.
- Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- If sauce is too think, add more coconut milk
- If you don’t like coconut milk, you can use any plant-based milk. The higher the fat content, the better the taste of the cheese sauce.
- You can store the sauce for 48 hours but it’ll change the texture. Reheat by adding more milk.
- Depending on the type of nutritional yeast you buy – your sauce may be lighter or brighter.
