Reverse Your Fatty Live Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 meat from thai coconut
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped large
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut meat & water to blend and blend until smooth.
  • Add in all the other ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately.
